Dolcetto – Dolcetto d’Alba DOC
Dolcetto doet je natuurlijk denken aan ‘dolce’. Voor een gemiddeld Piëmontees palet is Dolcetto dan ook de meest ‘zoete’ (lees fruitig) autochtone blauwe druif. Dit is een echte benchmark-Dolcetto dat exact doet wat het moet doen; fris blauw fruit, violet, sappig, zachte en rijpe tannines en veel drinkbaarheid. Een wijn dat zich geweldig speels en veelzijdig tentoon stelt aan tafel.

The 2021 Dolcetto d’Alba Le Rose is fresh, delicate and fragrant, all of which make it a fine choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. Bright red/purplish fruit, spice and sweet floral notes are nicely pushed forward in this mid-weight, super-classic Dolcetto. A brief stay in oak adds structure.
